Kane is also like a child in the All-Star game, just like when Matthew and Brady tkachuk were children, they were children when they took pictures with their father Keith tkachuk and Kane after a game in St. Louis.
This year, the tkachuk brothers are two of nine players under the age of 24, their first all star game.
But for some players in the league, the novelty seems to have disappeared, such as Alex Ovechkin of the Washington capital team, who has stood out for the second year in a row from the ice hockey weekend.
“We miss him and hope he’s here, but we understand,” laughed Gary Bettman, NHL commissioner
